Shipping Carriers

*We normally ship larger items/orders our choice via Fedex Ground. Items that are light enough are shipped via US Priority service. We also use the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail for all international shipping and any shipping outside the continental United States. Otherwise, we ship other items with FedEx. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier when "Ground (5-7 days)" is chosen. All other Shipping Choices will be calculated using real time calculations and are an estimate only, and are subject to change.

Any Orders including Free Shipping Offers or Coupons will be shipped by a shipper of our choice unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Times:

We normally ship all orders within 10 business days (although many ship the same or next day). This does not include transportation time from our warehouse to your delivery address.

International Orders:

We normally ship all international orders via United States Postal Service (USPS is usually the cheapest on international shipping), they do not provide tracking numbers for international parcels. We do not guarantee transit times. International shipping calculated at checkout is an estimate only using UPS as the Carrier and may vary; you will be notified via email if there is a difference in the shipping cost. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information:

We e-mail the tracking information to the e-mail address you gave when you placed your order on the day your order ships. Our telephone operators do not have the tracking numbers, these come directly via e-mail from our shipping dept to you.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

This is the policy of AV Tack on returns. You must contact our office within 7 days of receipt of your item for any consideration of returns. No items can be returned because you decided you don't like the product, Size is not the size you need, Color, or you changed your mind.

Any shipping charges on each order will not be refunded.

All orders that qualify for "Free Shipping" and are returned to us by the customer in full or partially will be credited for the price of the items less the cost of the original shipping to you.

Returned items are subject to a restocking and processing fee of 15% to 25%

No products can be returned that have been used.

Any Damaged items must be reported to AV Tack, upon receipt for replacement item. Otherwise you will have to contact the Manufacturer for the Manufacturers Warranty.
